Thank you to David and the team at Lanier Plumbing for helping us out with our toilet! We accidentally flushed a small plastic piece from our bidet, and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. They came out twice, and the second time required removing and reinstalling the toilet — everything was done carefully, efficiently, and the area was left spotless. We really appreciated that they applied part of the first service credit toward the second visit, which was very fair. The entire team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. From Customer Service, to follow up, to a perfect product in the end, they are absolutely second to none. I just made him promise me one thing, that he outlive us and this house because there is no other plumber that comes to mind. It felt like a brother had stopped by to help out. Lol Thanks guys!!
